I'm a new vexxhost customer and in general quite happy with the service so far. One thing I am a bit concerned about though is the time it takes for support tickets to get replied to.
I can understand it is not immediate, especially considering the competitive hosting price. Is it really 24x7x365 as advertised though? I'm based both in Belgium and India and it seems I'm only getting replies during office hours in the US. This means it can take up to 4-5 hours and more to get an initial reply and issues resolved.
